During Asian Aerospace show dates from 2 Sept – 6 Sept, airport counters (B17 and B18) at the arrival hall will be set up to tackle visitor enquiry and supply information/direction to AsiaWorld-Expo.

A free 1-hour luggage transfer service is available in two counters located near the luggage belt area (inside immigration). These counters are operated by WFS – the authorized service supplier within the restricted area of immigration. Visitors can simply drop off their luggage at these counters and take the airport express and pick up their luggage up at the concierge at AWE upon arrival or completion of the show visit. This will provide visitors with a hassle-free experience to visit Asian Aerospace and its integrated events.
