Welcome to Air Freight Asia 2007 (AFA 2007) Conference Registration page.

Here you will be able to REGISTER FOR THE AFA 2007 CONFERENCE which is one of the tracks of the Asian Aerospace 2007 International Expo and Congress. As an AFA 2007 Conference Delegate you will also be able to visit the AFA, Aircraft interiors Expo Asia and AA 2007 booths at the AWE halls, and the Static Aircraft Display Area within Hong Kong International Airport.

Upon successful completion of this form, a AFA Conference Registration Confirmation Slip will be sent to the email address entered below. Upon full payment for the Conference as listed below, Delegate Badges can be collected on site through presentation of the Confirmation Slip. Badges issued are NON-TRANSFERABLE.

Online AFA 2007 Conference Delegate Registration will be available till the show after which Delegate registration and payment can be made on-site.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Should you be unable to attend, a substitute delegate may attend Air Freight Asia 2007 at no extra charge. Otherwise, the originally registered delegate will be subject to the following refund policy: Full refunds less a 10% administration charge are applicable for all cancellations received in writing (letter, fax or email) by 1st August 2007; after this date there will be no refunds.

In case of outbreak of SARS or a terrorist act prior or during the event, which forces the Organizer to cancel or postpone the event, the Organisers will not be liable in any manner for any or all claims including transport or accomodation arrangements made by the delegate or exhibitor.
